Children's Museum of Memphis

This morning, we had the opportunity to visit the Children's Museum of Memphis.

Children's Museum of Memphis

Check out Stella at the very top of the Skyscraper exhibit, a 22-foot tall vertical maze of wood and wire:

Here's Porter enjoying his climb on the rock wall. Even though there are plenty of signs reminding children not to jump off the wall, you'll never guess who jumped off the wall...

We all worked together to spell Stella's middle name on the Light Bright exhibit:

Daddy and Stella can never pass up an opportunity to make noise (they would call it music):

The Lorraine Motel

During our family trip to Memphis, Tennessee, we walked to the famous Lorraine Motel where Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. was assassinated.

Wouldn't this be a fun toy? A $9000 toy... we can always dream.

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid

This weekend, we decided to take a family trip down to Memphis, Tennessee. Brian has been to Memphis many times for work travel, but this was the first time for the rest of us.

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid

One of our first stops was the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid. Wow... this place is amazing!

Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid 28-Story Elevator

There's an elevator that can take you 28-stories to the top of the pyramid so you can step out onto an observation deck and look out at the city of Memphis.

Daddy & Stella on the Observation Deck

The observation deck was incredible! You can see through the floor which makes the whole experience that much more thrilling.
