Day in Danville

On this rainy Saturday afternoon, we had lunch at Tut's, a darling Egyptian restaurant in Danville, Kentucky. While there, Stella found a throne that was much to her liking!

After lunch, we walked down to Constitution Square, the birthplace of Kentucky's statehood.

The kids were not so much interested in the rich history of Constitution Square as they were some sticks they found on the ground and were using as weapons!

As a family, we are suffering from cabin fever from these cold, gray days of winter.

So the moment the temperature rises to something bearable, we're in the car looking for somewhere new to explore.
