While I was vacuuming, Stella raided the recycling bin and found an apple cider container. Of course, even though she has lots of toys, this empty jug entertained her for over an hour!

On this beautiful Sunday afternoon, we had the opportunity to participate in Wayne County's 2015 Farm Tour. We checked out the Ron Grosjean Farm & Museum, Moreland Fruit Farm, and Troutman Winery & Vineyard. It was a GREAT day!

Have I mentioned how much we love Secrest Arboretum? We enjoyed yet another beautiful visit there today and even enticed Grandma Bev to come along too.

Porter has a long list of things he must climb when he gets to Secret. Of course, this tortoise would have to make the list.

I just purchased a fantastic new children's book written by Kevin DeYoung and illustrated by Don Clark called The Biggest Story: How the Snake Crusher Brings Us Back to the Garden.

This story is gorgeously written, and the pictures are EXTRAORDINARY. I highly recommend!
