Busted Baby

In our house, the main form of discipline for a red-headed, curious boy is the naughty chair. This morning, Porter got into the bathroom hand soap so that he could "wash" his own hair. Here is a video of Porter being reminded that this is not what he ought to do.

Playground Adventure

Today, Porter and I went to Water Works Park in Cuyahoga Falls for a playground adventure.

This park has lots of playground stations for a little, inquisitive boy to climb and explore.

Of course, Porter's favorite part would have to have been the slides!

He had a wonderful time!

Daddy & Porter Snuggle Time

Although Porter is a very sweet, little boy, he's not the most snugly of children. So when he is in a cuddly mood, we take full advantage!

A Sign

Today, Porter and I took a short drive out to West Branch State Park in Ravenna. It was beautiful! On the way back home, we passed a fabulous road sign.

I just had to snap a few pics of it to share!

President's Day Road Trip

With today being President's Day, I thought it would be fun for Porter and me to take a little road trip. We headed south and landed in Worthington, one of my favorite cities in all of Ohio.

I think Worthington is absolutely lovely. Porter and I had a wonderful time walking around the center of town and looking in all of the shop windows. Even through the air was a bit cold, being out of the house and in the bright sunshine was renewing for our souls.
