The Henry Clay Estate

For the last couple of days, Grandma Bev has been visiting with us down here in Lexington. We thought she would enjoy touring Ashland, the former mansion of renowned politician Henry Clay. This is truly a magnificent house, and our tour was excellent. I highly recommend!

Bunny Snuggling on Christmas Eve

For Christmas break, we headed back home to northeast Ohio to visit with our friends and family. Here's Stella all dressed up for Christmas Eve dinner at Grandma Bev's house. She is holding her cousins' new bunny and loving every minute of it!

Southern Lights

Tonight, we had the opportunity to check out Kentucky Horse Park's annual Southern Lights Holiday Festival. It was amazing!

Not only were the Christmas lights superb, but there was also lots of cool things for the kids to do. We got to take a train ride as a family, Stella rode a pony, and Porter got to ride a full-size camel! Check it out below:

There was also a petting zoo that we all really enjoyed. Check out the video below of the kids feeding lots of different animals such as goats, kangaroos, and a zebra!
